June 26th, 2005 | by jg3 |Today’s topic: truth. Shall we begin?
If you haven’t seen this, see it: http://postsecret.blogspot.com … an good distraction from this mundanity.
Google searches for truth are remarkably useless. Google image searches for the same key are equally useless. Thus, no image today.
When is it okay to tell a lie?
When is it not okay to tell the truth?
What is the longest-lasting lie you’ve ever told?
What is the stupidest thing you’ve ever lied about?
What is the best lie you’ve ever told?
-best by most satisfying
-best by most convincing
Do you remember your first lie?
What lie you’ve told makes you feel worst? Was that lie exposed or is it still secret?
This part should probably be split into another entry, but it would happen to have the same title because it is about (mostly about) how I spent most of the day on the couch watching TV:
I saw the video for Young MC’s “Bust A Move” for the first time today. (that’s the truth)
I saw a Beastie Boys’ video today from the License to Ill song “Hold It Now, Hit It” also a first.
I started to get worried that I was going to get addicted to the IMF channel, but after about 24 hours I figured out that they have about forty songs and that’s It. Lots of hip hop fashion though. I like that.
Another first: the movie Pi on TV today. I’m glad I saw it, but it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. Had some serious flaws.
So late last night that most of it was technically in today I saw the movie Monster. Interesting.
